Alvaro del Norte

Alvaro del Norte was interviewed on December 8, 2025, at Flagship Records, located at 6336 Montgomery Drive. Alvaro talked about how his band, Piñata Protest, got started and how he mixed the accordion with punk rock. He was inspired by bands like Los Crudos and by the music his parents listened to, such as Los Tigres del Norte and Ramón Ayala, songs he heard growing up at quinceañeras, weddings, and family get-togethers.
